Much of my life working for others centred around the financial sector, first as a Department Head Secretary for National Westminster Bank based in London and later as an Accounts Manager for small businesses.
Taking a career diversion I become a British Standard Quality Assurance Auditor with Cleanaway Limited, a major UK Waste Management Company (now Veolia) before becoming Quality Assurance Manager for a successful local Building Contractor.
Having a flair for organisation and an eye for detail, between 1995 and 2011 I have helped small businesses create efficient and workable business systems based on British Standard Quality Assurance guidelines.
Outside the workplace I was an active member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce taking on first the role of Secretary and then President of the local organisation in Hampshire.
Since 1998 my interest took a totally different direction when I was first introduced to Chi Kung, Reiki (2nd Degree Healer) and soon afterwards, Feng Shui.
Feng Shui became my focus; I had finally found my passion. Initially studying contemporary Feng Shui with Grand Master Lillian Too, I began to seek more of the origins of Feng Shui.
On this journey I discovered Classical Feng Shui and the teachings of Dato Joey Yap at Mastery Academy. This was the right direction for me. Feng Shui is a life-long study and each step on the staircase leads to a deeper understanding allowing me to determine the role that both Classical and Modern Feng Shui can play in any recommendations given to clients.
Classical Feng Shui, Date Selection, BaZi, and Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ) are all studies destined to continue advancing my understanding and commitment to helping others better their lives with Feng Shui.
On the fun side of things, I am a big fan of motocycle and cycle sports. Watching football and olympic sports are also favourites. I also enjoy special occasions, like Christmas, and personal events, particularly if I am charged with the planning and proceedings.
